The related pre-construction meeting will be held on November 27,
1990. Staff is in process of contacting affected home ow~,ers along
Shady Dale Lane.
I contacted Jim Koch and asked him to resolve the Hinckley's
property alignment/drainage easement issue with Mr. Glen Hinckley
within the next three days, since we are ready to start this
drainage improvement. I have also tried to contact Mr. Hinckley to
discuss the above matter with him, and he was not available. I
will keep trying.
