Construction Plan Review Comments

The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
General-
1.) Ensure that the grade increase in the front of the property and the rear of the property does
not disrupt the flow of storm water from the south.
2.) Include an erosion control plan for the project.
3.) Review the As-Builts for the drainage project provided to ensure a proper fit.
Please make the necessary changes and submit a set of revised plans for review and approval.
A construction permit application will need to be submitted along with a check for the inspection
fees. Attached to the permit is a spreadsheet to guide you in your calculations for the fee.
