Attached please find a copy of Ginn's response concerning
Hinckley,s drainage easement documents. As stated in the letter,
Ginn, Inc. confirms what Connell's Engineer has indicated and that
Hinckley's tract line is as highlighted in attached sketch.
Please note that the only other way to be sure of this matter is
for City to conduct a survey independently and the City be
reimbursed by affected property owner(s). The estimated cost for
such survey is $3,000.00, and according to Ginn, Inc. this is the
only way to get a final determination.
Staff also has concerns regarding Hinckley,s stipulations made as
part of dedicating the easement.
