RE: Alexander Court
Dear Mr. Hawkins:
You must maintain and provide erosion control on Alexander Court as specified in the
approved plans for construction of the project, according to the City of Coppell, Erosion
Control Ordinance.
Due to the heavy rains, runoff has apparently occurred from the site development of
Alexander Court into the drainage system leading away from the project.
This must be addressed immediately and the proper erosion control placement occurs so
that this issue does not arise again.
