This is confirmation that HDPE pipe will be allowed on the Northlake College project. I did speak
with the Inspector yesterday and he stated that the only section he was concerned about was the one
that crossed into the right of way of Royal Lane to connect to the existing RCP stub out. Our general
policy is that no HDPE is allowed within the right of way. Because the short section in the right of
way would have been the only RCP on the project and would not be under any paving we did allow it
to remain as HDPE. The inspector was correct in his comments, I just failed to convey to him on the
front end that we were allowing the short section in the right of way to remain as HDPE.
Sorry for the confusion, but everything should be fine now.
