Dear Mr. Smith.
Attached herewith please find plans for the construction of Creekview Drive from Bethel
Road north approximately 1000 feet to the connection of the existing Creekview Drive.
There are also plans showing modifications to the current Bethel Road plans to include a
median opening to serve this Creekview Drive extension and one to serve a proposed
dri veway east of this intersection.
The city is including a quantity sheet for these changes with the unit pricing as
established in our current contract with Tiseo. Please review these plans and the quantity
breakdown as provided and let me know if your firm has any objections to executing a
change order to our contract to complete this additional work at the cost attached.
For your information, tree removal and rough grading will be accomplished prior to Tiseo
beginning this work.
The City of Coppell would like to execute a change order for this work at our November
12, 2007 City Council Meeting. If you have any comments or concerns about this work,
please let me know by Friday, November 2, 2007.
