RE: Traffic Control Implementation
Dear Mr. Laughley:
The City of Coppell finds you not in compliance with adequate standards of traffic
control implementation in accordance with the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control
Devices.
Several complaints were made, specifically, to the Freeport Road Project when barricades
and an arrow board were used for traffic control. The arrow boards were removed while
the barricades were left in place, when it was suggested that both should be removed to
prevent confusion.
There have also been other complaints noted for traffic control on Bethel School Road
and Crestside Drive.
This must be addressed immediately and proper traffic control implementation be in
place so that this issue does not arise again.
If you should have any questions regarding this matter, please call me at (972)304-3685.
Sincere~ n A 0 <:::...
