Dear Mr. West:
This letter is in response to your inquiry regarding the availability of City utilities at the above
referenced location. To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows:
WATER:
The City of Coppell has a 12" water line in Moore Road and a 16" water line in Sandy Lake Road.
SANITARY SEWER:
There is an 8" sewer line in the north right of way of Sandy Lake Road.
STORM DRAINAGE:
There is an existing 24" culvert stubbed to the northeast corner of the referenced property.
As always in the development of the property, your engineer should determine whether the existing
utilities available to this site are adequate to service the site, or if some additional measures need to be
taken to adequately service the property.
