Construction Plan Review Comments
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
Drainae:e Area Map -
1. Minimize runoff from driveway onto Gateway Blvd.
Pavine: Plan -
2. Provide stamped concrete at driveway entrance off of Gateway Blvd.
Utility Plan and Profile -
3. Address the access of public water for the property to the north. Will you need to extend the
public water to the property line to the north?
Erosion Control Plan -
4. Protect the grate inlet at the private driveway and/or move the construction entrance to the
north side of the property.
There may be additional comments throughout the plans that need attention as well. Please make
the necessary changes and submit these marked-up plans and two sets of revised plans to the
City for review. If you have any questions, please contact this office at your convenience.
