Project Updates:
· Oct. 26 - meeting with Ken Griffin, Keith Marvin, Scott Latta, Trish Hatley, Winston Silvia
and Caleb Thornhill. We discussed the possibility of extending full paved section through
railroad crossing. FNI will contact DART to determine timeline affects this may have and
any other issues. Ken Griffin asked to verify whether a detention pond would be needed
on property to be developed west of project limits. FNI will explore whether there is a
need or not.
· Surveying is being performed now. Survey should be finished up within the next week
and FNI should start getting info at the end of this week.
· FNI contacted John Wilmarth about getting aerial images of project limits.
· FNI will contact DART to determine affects of extending full pavement section through
railroad crossing.
· FNI will determine need of detention pond on property to be developed west of project
limits.
