On October 16, 1990 City Manager requested that we get a title
search done on Hinckley's property as related to the needed
drainage easement/condemnation. We delivered copies of necessary
documents, such as metes and bound description etc., to Mr. Jay
Turner of Ticor Title Insurance on October 17, 1990 at 8:30 A.M.
I have asked Mr. Turner to provide a response as quickly as
possible and he indicated it will take at least five (5) working
days. However, he stated that he would expedite this as quickly as
possible.
I will contact him again on Tuesday, October 23, 1990 and keep you
informed.
