DESCRIPTION of a tract of land to be dedicated as a 25' wide Drainage Easement,
out of the George Jack Survey, Abstract 694, Dallas County, ?exas, Said tract
being a part of a tract of land described in deed to Glen A. and J.C. ~{inckley,
recorded in Volume 73201, Page 1722, Deed Records, Dallas county, Texas; Said
25' Drainage Fasement being mere particularly described as follows:
BfEINNING, at the eouthwest corner of said Hinckle¥ tract; said point being the
northwest corner of a tract of land described in deed to William Bourhem and
wife, Pat, recorded in Volume 85111, Page 1197, Deed Records, Dallas, County,
Texas; said point also being in the east line of Shadydale Acres, as recorded
in Volume 42, Page 95, Deed Records, Dallas county, Texas!
THENCE, N 00 degrees,15 minutes, 25 seconds E, with the west line of said
Hinckley tract and said East line of Shadydale Acres, a distance of 196.00 feet
to a point for corner, said point being the northwest corner of said Hinckley
tract and being in the south line of Willow Lane( 24 foot ROW );
THENCE, in a easterly direction, with the north line Of said }{inckley tract and
the south line of said Willow Lane, a distance of 25.00 feet to a point for
corner;
