Shohre, please provide the City Attorney's office with the
information requested in Mr. Ratliff's note dated October 10, 1990
on the attached documents. As you can see, he requests that we
begin the proceedings for condemnation. This is the result of not
receiving Hinkley's dedicated easements by October 12, 1990.
If you have any questions, let me know. Please provide a status by
November 12~ 1990.
