Specific gravity of lime was checked and found to be between 1.14 and 1.17 2. Lime slurry was continuously agitated 3. Surfactant was added to each load 4. The injection pressure was kept between 50 to 100 psi at point of injection 5. Intervals of 12" were achieved during injection process until refusal 6. Total depth of injection - 12' 7. Max. spacing of injection probes was recorded to be 5' 8. Free water on surface 9. Square feet injected on this date 10. Location of injection NA NA Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes 40,000 sq. ft. Remarks: See attached for sketch of injected area, pass number for each area, and dimension of injection area. Note: Geotechnical specifications call for one pass every 24 hours. On this date, 2 passes were done consecutively in the same areas. 6th pass was offset 2.5' from previous pass. (Areas 8-81,8-102). These recommendations were from the Duke Construction superintendent at Point West.
