ONSTOTT & JOY E. ONSTOTT, the undersigned, do hereby grant to the City of Coppell or its employees, engineers, or contractors, permission to enter the properties owned or controlled by them, being further described as the properties located at 452, 450, 448, 446, and 442 Bethel Road, for the purpose of removing existing pavement and constructing side- slopes for the proposed Bethel Road II CST 03-01) project. This project consists of the reconstruction of Bethel Road from Freeport Parkway to Denton Tap, and Coppell Road from Cooper Lane to Bethel Road. Both roads will be reconstructed as two-lane concrete roadways with improved drainage and sidewalks. The work on said properties generally consists of pavement removal and 4: I slope grading necessary to tie the proposed finished ground elevation into the existing ground elevation. This Letter of Permission includes the right to move equipment onto the property that is necessary for the pavement removal and slope grading, and the right of reasonable ingress and egress across the property for the construction purposes. Work on said property will not extend past a line 10 feet north of and parallel with the south property line as shown on the attached Exhibit. The contractor will not be allowed to access said property for any other purposes other than the pavement removal and slope grading. The City of Coppell will also restore the land back to its original condition to the maximum extent practicable. Where sod, shrubbery, and plants are removed during the construction, such areas will have the same sod, shrubbery, and plants replaced in their prior positions. Signed this ~ day of '1~ ,2007.
