*_ Pier R.1-Z0 was drilled deeper when removing backfill from 10/11/07. The underlying sand layer
was encountered during the underreaming process, and drilling was stopped. The contractor
then followed the recommendations of BVNA Geotechnical Engineer. The pier will be
completed on the next day of drilling.
