These items have been revised to reflect City comments and are transmitted for City
approval and for the issuance ora Construction Permit. As we discussed, the Owner wishes
to begin construction of the portion of the box adjacent to the Connell and Boorhem
properties, and complete the construction across the Hinckley tract at such time the
easement for construction across that tract is obtained. If the enclosures are not as noted,
