Attached is a status report from the engineering division regarding
the above referenced matter.
Also attached is a copy of the letter from Joe C. Hinckley
requesting consideration and approval by the City of three items
mentioned in the letter, as a condition of dedicating the drainage
easement needed to construct the drainage system.
The three items were discussed with Mr.. Hinckley in previous
meetings. Staff will be meeting with him in an attempt to resolve
these issues.
If the easement cannot be obtained through this process, it will
be necessary to condemn the property to public use under the right
of eminent domain.
I'll advise you on September 11, 1990 as to the outcome of our
meeting.
