Report of Survey
Sampling Method:
Point elevations were measured at regular 12 inch intervals along straight lines. The elevation differences
between adjacent reading points, the arithmetic differences between adjacent 12 inch elevation readings, the
elevation differences between points separated by 10 feet were calculated. Results of the Floor Flatness (Ff)
and Floor Levelness (FI) were obtained through a statistical analysis of the data collected. All data was
obtained in accordance with ASTM E-1155.
Maximum Length of Line:
93 feet
Instrument Used:
"Dipstick" as manufactured by FACE Construction Technologies, Inc., Norfolk, Virginia.
