It was our understanding that Mrs. Pat Boorhem would have the
necessary drainage easement documents executed and sent to us by
August 20, 1990. According to Mrs. Boorhem, however, her partners
are out-of-town and it takes time to get the documents to and from
them. I have been checking with her on a regular basis and
finally, her Secretary, Barbara, indicated today that Mrs.
Boorhem's partners have signed the easement document, and she will
sign and mail it to us by tomorrow.
So at the latest, we should have the executed drainage easement
documents from Mrs. Boorhem before the end of this week.
Attached please find a copy of Mr. Joe C. Hinckley's letter dated
August 10, 1990. Mr. J. C. Hinckley, Glen Hinckley's uncle, is
asking his three requested items be addressed before he signs the
subject drainage easement documents. Please note that his
questions were addressed in your letter to Glen Hinckley, dated
July 6, 1990. It appears, however, that Mr. J. C. Hinckley will
not dedicate the drainage easements unless his three requests are
approved in writing, as stated in his letter.
