Dear Michael:
This letter is in response to the construction plan review comments for the above referenced project. I
have formatted this letter to include your comments, followed by my responses in italics accordingly.
General-
1. The cover sheet should be titled "Grapevine Springs Community Center".
- Corrected.
2. Correct misspelling of Mayor Doug Stover and City Council member Brianna Hinojosa-Flores.
- Corrected.
Plat-
3. Label the 10' sidewalk/utility easement on Sheet 1.
- Added dimension.
4. Locate and label the flood plain on the plat.
- The flood plain line has been added.
Pavine: Plan-
5. All subgrade should be 8" thick.
- The legend has been corrected.
6. Paving sections should include #3 bars 18" OCEW, not 24" OCEW.
- The note has been corrected.
Pavinl! Plan-
7. Verify whether drainage path flows over trail. If so, need to modify to include an additional inlet
and pipe in design.
- Since this drainage is very minimal, the drainage will be allowed to run out the maintenance
access and flow over the trail. To eliminate any erosion concerns, this area of trail has been
revised to concrete (in lieu of decomposed granite).
