I finally received a call from Mrs. Pat Boorhem today. She
indicated that she is getting approval from her partners for such
drainage easement dedication and there shouldn't be any problem.
I left messages for Mr. Hinckley, after I had faxed him a copy of
your letter, dated July 6, 1990, and have not been able to talk to
him since.
Per my conversation with Mark Connell, he indicated that Jim Koch,
his Engineer, is revising the box culvert plans, which will be
submitted to us for review.
Please note that Mark suggested we forward drainage easement
documents to both parties for review and for approval. I do not
have such documents, but according to Jim Koch, he provided them
to the City Manager's office. Upon receiving such documents, I
will forward them to Mrs. Boorhem and Mr. Hinckley.

I received a call back from Mr. Glen Hinckley regarding easement
dedication and he indicated he had not received the subject letter
dated July 6, 1990 from you. I, therefore, faxed him a copy of
said response letter.
I have left several messages for Mrs. Pat Boorhem and have not been
able to talk to her to confirm that she has, in fact, given her
verbal ok to Mr. Connell. She had returned my call once from out
of town while I was unavailable.

I received a telephone call from Mark Connell today, and he
indicated that he has received a verbal OK from Mrs. Pat Boorhem
for her dedication of drainage easement. I have left messages for
both Mrs. Boorhem and Mr. Hinckley as a follow-up.
Upon approval of both parties, necessary drainage easement
dedication documents can be forwarded to above mentioned property
owners for final execution.
