Please make note of the following regarding the replacement of the shrubbery by Ed Bell
on CoppeU Rd. at Minyard Dr. The landscaping contractor we utiliTe, Pecan Creek
Nursery in Coppcll, is going to replace the shrubs in question. They are going to plant 10
Yaupons and 10 Burford Hollys. In discussing this situation with the Lcnny Poulson of
Pecan Creek, it was concluded tlmt the entrance does not look right and it is not known
how long it will take Ed Bell to replace the shrubbery. Since the bed has been prepared for
spring planting Pecan Cre~k is going to replace the shrubbery at this time. Ed Bell may
compensate Pecan Creek for the replacement of the shrubs. The comaet person for Pecan
Creek in regards to this manner is Lermy Poulson. His office number is (972)462-1916.
