Construction Plan Review Comments (2nd Submittal)
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
Gradine: Plan
1. Show a detail of the swale.
SWPP Plan
2. Show where the concrete washout will be?
3. Ensure that the silt fence through the swale will be adequate for erosion control.
Drainae:e Area Map
4. The new drainage area map should show the parking lot as separate drainage areas with the
appropriate "C" factor.
5. Show the proposed swale and provide the calculations for runoff from the parking lot and the
properties to the east that will discharge into the swale.
Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked-up plans and two sets of revised
plans to the City for review. If you have any questions, please contact this office at your
convemence.
