Construction Plan Review Comments
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Construct ramps and sidewalk to meet ADA standards.
2. Will you be using lime stabilization for the pavement? If not, you will need to increase the
thickness and provide us with a waiver letter and the geotechnical report.
3. Provide a cross section for the proposed swale.
4. Ensure that the silt fence through the swale will be adequate for erosion control.
5. Make the drainage areas more legible, label A I, A2, A3 on the map.
6. Show how you will install the sanitary sewer under the existing driveway.
Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked-up plans and two sets of revised
plans to the City for review. If you have any questions, please contact this office at your
convemence.
