Tho developer recently gh-'neA over the H0A to property o~xmer control. Our first order
of business was to review the files and records and br/ng everything curt'ont. I was surlxised to
notic~ that the damage to thc irrigation syst~ma occurred in the Suno-July timeframe based on the
date of tho invoices. Premier has adv/sed me that they were tmaware that thc City of Copp¢ll
had a 45 day time frame in which to file a claim and that they were waiting until tho construction
was complete to submit all invoices. While con~tmction is not yet complete, I wanted to present
this Claim Notice to you at this time. Pl~'aso accept my apologies for any delay. I was unaware
of the invoices prior to this week and have forward this Claim Notice to you as quickly as
possible upon becoming aware of the invoices.
