Damaged pull boxes should have been an issue brought to our attention a long time ago but if we have the
inspector's word that the damage was not incurred due to the present construction process, I will have a work
order issued to replace the affected boxes.
On the subject of signs, I have not seen anywhere in the series of correspondence that we do require the signs
through our subdivision ordinance. We didn't charge them an assessment fee or did we? I know this project had
some different procedures.
