No. 301, and the J. W. ANDERSON SURVEY, Abstract No. 18, Coppell, Dallas
County, Texas, and being a portion of the Tract of land conveyed to Ruth
Alexander, Trustee for the Alexander Investment Trust, by the deed
recorded in Volume 75121, Page 2290 of the Deed Records of Dallas County,
Texas. Said 18.392 acres of land being more particularly described by
metes and bounds os follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod set at the Southeast corner of said
Alexander Tract, being located by deed in the South boundary line
of said Edward A. Crow Survey, and said Point of Beginning being
located at the intersection of the existing West right-of-way line
of Denton Tap Rood (0 100 foot wide public right-of-way at this
point) with the existing North right-of-way line of Bethel Road (a
50 foot wide public right-of-way);
