MH #6 needs rain pan and repour pad, need to grout around pipes at bottom ofMH
Pipe looks to he lower than flow line and needs curb markings
MH #7 needs rain pan and chimney seal missing 1 band; pipe at bottom not lined up
with flow line and pipes at bottom ofMH need to be grouted and needs curb
markings
MH #8 needs rain pan, bottom of MH pipe not lined up with fl.ow line, pipes need to
be grouted, and needs curb markings
MH #9 needs chimney seal and there is not pipe for south stub out, pipe at bottom not

1. Clean & seal all curb joints.
2. Clean & seal all stamped concrete.
3. Fill all core holes.
4. Remove concrete slag off of all streets.
5. Seal street joint near main entrance next to 2nd storm box going west.
6. Repair broken curbs that are marked with white paint.
7. Rout & seal cracks on street that have white paint.
8. Repair mud balls that are marked with white paint.
9. Seal street going east about 200 f1. from beginning of construction.
10. l"eed to clean up street from Dividend to 635.
DRAIl"AGE
I. Need to grout or seal 3 pipes that meet the headwaJls at the island.
2. Replace storm lids that are spray painted white.
3. Clean & regrout runoff box next to 3rd storm box going east.
4. Clean out main culvert going to lake Dext to Belt Line.
