As discussed in our progress meeting on 10-11-07 there is a Verizon telephone cable in
conflict with the laterals on line "D". Verizon is aware of this conflict but so far they
have not relocated their line. In an. attempt to prevent d.elaying the project our utility
contractor has suggested dley can expose and ra.ise the phone line in order to place the
Rep l.mder the existing line. If this is agreeable they request compensation for the
additional haiIdwork and time to complete this work. Please review the price requested
and reply so I can direct OUT. sub accordingly.
