Service: Perform Structural Steel Inspection as detailed below:

Locations and Items Inspected: Buildings 1 and 2, lobby, stairs
Discrepancies / Comments:
1. Building 1: Column anchor bolts loose, welds not deslagged at all locations and stair landing welds need to be welded
and ground to AESS as per AISC specifications. Need RFI for "as-built" at 2nd floor elevation. Non-compliant. Need two
anchors at buildings 1 and 2, bottom of stairs.
2. Building 2: Column anchor bolts missing or loose, stair landing splice welds need to be ground per AESS, AISC
specifications. Need RFI for "as built" condition at landing and 2nd floor elevation. Non-compliant.
