1. Mark BO in blue on curb at b]ow~ffvalves, not lR
2. Blow~ffmust be to grade and dry to insp.
3. Second FH needs pad and extension
4. Mis-marked curb at 2nd FH
5. Clean all air manholes of dirt and must be dry
6. Mark Air in blue on curb at manholes
7. Missing main line valve at Belt Line and 635 on 12" water main
