I was correct the first time. The plans are available through our web site as follows:
go to ww\V.ci.GQPPGIl.tx,lls
click on "Public Documents" on the left hand side;
click on "Engineering";
click on "Number Projects" on the right side;
click on "Street Projects";
click on "ST 82-01 Denton Tap";
click on "Plans";
click on "ST82-01 Denton Tap Plans";
this will open the construction plans.
The bridge plans start on sheet 58.
