Subject: Meeting held o9 Januar2 11, 1990 in my Office
The purpose of this memo is to summarize the meeting held
on the above referenced date.

We met to discuss two items, one the Connell drainage problem to which
we agreed that Connell should honor their original agreement of December
11, 1986, which is to install a box culvert from Sandy Lake to Willow
Run. It is my understanding that we will be meeting with Connell on /
January 12, 1990 at 10:00 a.m. /
The second item of discussion was subdivision fees. We left the meeting /
with the understanding that we need to review all of the fees that are/
covered in section 16 of the subdivision ordinance #341. A/
representative from Finance, Public__%klrks, Le__~q~and Planning and Zoning
should participate in the revi~iew and the-~timate decisiq~
The last item of discussion was the~tm~~· We agreed to takea
look at these fees and determine if the City should comply wit/ the
impact fee as stated by Senate Bill 336.
