Yes, the sidewalk is 5 feet wide as long as it is not placed against the back of curb. If it goes against
the back of curb (which I strongly recommend does not happen) then it has to be at least 6 feet wide.

Denton Tap.. she said something about 7 ft. wide sidewalk w/in the 15' Landscape buffer.. don't we
normally require 5 feet wide w/in the R.O.W. and/or easement? Am I missing something?
