Enclosed are summons to appear in Municipal Court for failing to maintain the
property at llO t~t S~1¥ ru~ke R~-d to be free of debris and stagnant water
conditions.
A notice dated July 19, 1989 and another dated December 30, 1988 outlined the
violations under the Copped Code of Ordinances (copies attached).

An inspection conducted today confirmed the tree limbs and numerous piles of
paper and other domestic trash litter the area. The illegMly placed wooden bin
was removed at my request of two persons seen emptying it on Friday, August
They were warned against placing any other collection bins in Coppell without
seeking the property owners' and the City's permission.
