Dear Mr. Connell:
Enclosed is a mailing received from your Engineer. As you and
discussed, I am awaiting your letter of request to include what you want
to present to the City Coancil, (i.e. the specific original agreement,
amendments to it, exhibits, etc...).
As I indicated, we would need fifteen (15) copies of any thing that is
larger than 8 1/2 X 14. We can accommodate making copies for you
otherwise. I must have your total package, to have Staff evaluate, so
that we can provide a recommendation to the City Council on your request.
I am looking forward to receiving your submittal.
