TX 75034 RE: Coppell Commerce Center Block lR2 Construction Plan Review Comments (2nd submittal) The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and will be approved with the following comments addressed: General- 1. Mains 10" and smaller shall be class 200, DR-14, Larger than 10" shall be class 150, DR-18 with integral bell. Plat - 2. Should the TXU easement be extended to the proposed transformer? U tilitv Plan - 3. Why install a bend on the fire hydrant circled, why not tie straight in to the water? 4. Water meters and services are purchased from the water department but not installed by the city. The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for the referenced addition and with the comments above addressed they will be approved. The City of Coppell requires three sets of final construction plans for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets for stamping as is necessary for construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell along with a copy of the City's standard construction details. All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a 2% inspection fee for all private construction outside the building's footprint. This includes dirt work, paving, storm drains, water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc. that are private. For all installations in the public right-of-way or easement, the City charges a 4% fee. A check for inspection fees made to the City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with the Construction Development Permit Application and a copy of the Construction Site Notice.
