To Whom it May Concern:
The City of Coppell approved a Design contract on December 11, 2007 for the
reconstruction of Freeport Parkway from Sandy lake Road to Ruby Road. See the
attached exhibit for the project location.
The Engineering Firm of Teague, Nall, and Perkins, Inc. (TNP) will be the Design
Engineer for this project. TNP personnel will begin field surveying shortly. In order to
properly design the project the surveyors may need to access private property beyond the
city owned Right of Way.
For those properties the surveyor intends to access while in the field. I have included a
letter from them as well as a "Right of Entry" document. The surveyor is requesting that
you return this document to them.
