Enclosed for your use and review, as requested by Mark Connell, are three sets of prints
of Powell & Powell Drawings S-1410.02 - .04, Drainage Improvements, Connell Skaggs
Addition. These plans have been revised in red to indicate a 2-12'x4' multiple box culvert
from Sandy Lake Road to the north property line of the Connell Skaggs Addition, with an
open channel with side slopes, varying from 1.5:1 to 3:1 froln tile Connell Skaggs north
line, northward, to an existing 10'x8' box culvert near tile north line of the ltinckley
tract.
