Rick O'Dell and I have discussed removing some additional paving on Royal Lane contiguous with the removal for the
current Bethel Road Project. Rick indicated that Tiseo wanted written authorization prior to commencing that additional
work.
The City of Coppell hereby requests that Tiseo perform such additional concrete removal and replacement as deemed
appropriate by the city inspector. All work associated with this removal and replacement will be paid at the contract unit
price for the individual components. In the event we over-run the quantities for these items we will reconcile at the end of
the job.
