I think this project is (was) under your area office. I think the project is "finished" as far as roadway
work is concerned; but the railroad work is not complete...at least according to the Railroad's
Contractor (Quality Signal Co.). They want to go out there and finish up the railroad work.
They are wanting a new copy of the work order (issued by the area office). The original railroad
contractor was "RCL" but the railroad changed contractors now Quality Signal is there contractor.....it
is a mess...anyway the Quality Signal contact is:
