City of Coppell has been changed in surveyor dedication. 3. All documents reflect 2008. 4. Erosion Control plan has been updated to include protection at all inlets. 5. Sanitary sewer easements revised to 20' wide. 6. Sanitary sewer easement revised to continue through fire lane. 7. Easement has been changed to Street & Sidewalk. 8. Area I is not concentrated and undeveloped flow. It will continue to drain as the existing condition shows. 9. Areas F, G, and H will be collected on site as the site is developed. A note has been added to address this issue. 10. Easement has been deleted. 11. Easements are labeled on the plans. 12. We have shortened the dead end line for the fire hydrant. 13. Sewer has been revised to provide a stub out to lots 1-4. This is an 8" line. 14. A profile has been added for the 8" public line. 15. Note has been added.
