It can be picked up in the Engineering Department 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell anytime between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. For the ultimate study, I am looking for the elevation on the 100 year ultimate flow so I can correctly set finish floors. Without the ultimate study, I will need to rely on the 1991 Halff Study which would require finish floors to be in the range of 491 to 496+. This would negate the advantage of the floodplain study to relocate the floodplain. Ken Griffin, P. E.
