Floodplain Study for Alexander Tract

I have signed the forms for the study that needs to be submitted to FEMA. It can be picked up in the
Engineering Department 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell anytime between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm.
For the ultimate study, I am looking for the elevation on the 100 year ultimate flow so I can correctly set finish
floors. Without the ultimate study, I will need to rely on the 1991 Halff Study which would require finish floors
to be in the range of 491 to 496+. This would negate the advantage of the floodplain study to relocate the
floodplain.
