Grapevine Creek - Ultimate Condition Study
Ken,
We are in receipt of the Grapevine Creek ultimate condition study prepared by Nathan D. Maier Consulting
Engineers for Alexander Court. The modeling is consistent with the approved LOMR. However, there are a
couple inconsistencies when compared to the City of Coppell City-Wide Stormwater Management Plan. These
inconsistencies relate to the flows used by NDMCE. I anticipate formalizing a review letter by the end of the
week, but I wanted to update you on where things stand. If you would prefer, I can contact NDMCE directly to
clear up the inconsistencies in an attempt to speed things along.
