Status as of this morning:
Rough grading has been completed. Material was stockpiled on the south side of the road until the Floodplain permit was
issued. Material was then moved to the north side of the road and used as fill. Densities were taken as fill was placed and
compacted.
Sewer:
Materials were delivered on 10/17/07 and subsequently rejected for nonconformance. New material was delivered on
10/23/07 and work began on installation. Main, manholes, and 80% of services have been installed. Density testing has
been performed on trenches, however final testing and video of mains have not been done yet.
Storm Drain:
Materials were delivered on 11/06/07. Installation began this morning.
Water:
No materials have been delivered yet. No schedule has been provided.
Street:
Street grade has been rough cut and verified. No paving contractor information or submittals have been provided.
Items left for completion and final acceptance:
Complete sewer services and test sewer
Complete storm drain and inlets
Begin water installation (main, services, meters, boxes and testing)
Cut street to final grade, stabilize, place concrete (machine place, hand pours, and stamped concrete)
Top out inlets
backfill parkway
adjust services
construct retaining walls (need submittals)
Construct screening walls
Sidewalk & ADA ramps
Final grading and post construction erosion control
Final walk through and punch list
In speaking with Larry we arrived at an approximate estimated completion date of February or March 2008.
