Mr. Hawkins just came in - in response to our attorney's "threatening letter" about the final plat...
he brought in one copy of the final plat for review... I explained (as did Matt to his surveyor yesterday) that the
pre-submission date is December 17th, and an application form is also required. I tried to explain that my
understanding of the letter was to reiterate that the preliminary plat only has a 9 month life.. he said he knew
that... he also mentioned about still waiting for FEMA
..he left with his plat in hand, and not very happy
