In an effort to bring some finality to the Berkebile claim and dispose of it,
once and for all, I have instructed Bill Bartlett, RPLS to change the dedicated
boundary of Alexander Court such that the land between the West line of the
Crow Survey and the Grapevine Creek centerline is deleted from the description.
This sliver of land is some 3,525 S.F. and would reduce the area of lot 11 by that
amount. The revised dedicated boundary will become 18.425 acres. Sheets One
and Two of the Final Plat will be changed accordingly. Berkebile's attorney and
my attorney have been notified by copy of this note to you. Thank You, John
