The above referenced bid closed on Tuesday, February 19th at
10:00 A.M. Copies of all bids received were Given to Paul
Tucker of DeShazo, Starek and Tang Inc. who are the consulting
engineers on this project. The instructions Given by me to
the representative (Paul Tucker) was to prepare a bid
tabulation and recommendation and forward both to your office.
I am in receipt of a letter from Mr. Glenn Hitt, P.E. of
DeShazo, Starek and Tang Inc. dated February 20, 1991. (copy
of letter attached)
As of the date of this memo I have not received any further
information as to the status of this bid.
Please reply and advise of status and when this bid will be
forwarded to City Council for action.
