In response to your question regarding the P&Z meeting and
Mira Mar's current position, Wayne has recommended that the item remain
on the meeting agenda. At the meeting, the P&Z Board can note Mira
Mar's written request for a 30-day waiver during which dialogue on the
outstanding plat issues can be continued. This will create a clear
record that the City is acting pursuant to Mira Mar's request. We are
also requesting through Walt Leonard that Mira Mar submit a separate
3D-day waiver letter addressed directly to Marcie Diamond (versus the
current letter addressed to this firm) so there will be no questions
regarding Mira Mar's position.
